During the Spring Festival holiday, Huaxi district received a total of 1.37 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 11.29 percent.
During the Qingming Festival holiday from April 4 to 6, Huaxi district received 952,800 visitors, a year-on-year increase of 12.95 percent, and achieved total tourism revenue of 568 million yuan ($77.53 million), up 18.84 percent – both key indicators reflecting double-digit growth.
