Huaxi's 10-day summer food festival kicks off

On Aug 22, the "Cool Guiyang · Summer Food Festival in Huaxi" opened at Huaxi Park, bringing together 24 local snack varieties from nine regions, including Guiyang, Zunyi, and Anshun, alongside a craft beer music party for a unique Huaxi experience.

Running through Aug 31, the festival features three main themes: Guizhou hotpot world, the craft beer music party, and the Guiyang spicy festival. Highlights include specialty coffee, craft beer, fine dining, and traditional local foods, spread across four park areas: Gate 1, Music Square, the Grand Lawn, and Xiangxianli.

Over the course of the festival, themed towns and Fuquan are offering daily performances and local delicacies. Visitors can savor Huaxi lamb noodles, Anshun stuffed rolls, and Qiannan thorn pear, among other treats.

By combining food, culture, and scenic surroundings, Huaxi Park invites guests to indulge their taste buds while enjoying a full day of immersive experiences.
