The "Guiren Zhiban" AI assistant has been launched for trial use at the Huaxi District Government Service Center's self-service experience zone.

Visitors can log into the Guizhou Government Services Online Platform to interact with the AI assistant. It can answer questions on over 5,000 standardized service guides across the province, accurately direct users to relevant application pages, and guide them to services such as "Enterprise Home" and "Cloud Counter".

In addition, users who pass identity verification can check real-time queue information at government service counters across Guizhou and access electronic certificates. After completing tasks, users can also rate their service experience.

Yang, a local citizen, experienced the AI assistant service on launch day and praised its convenience. Guided by staff, she entered the AI service zone and asked how to apply for a refund on her medical insurance card. Within just two minutes, she understood the process and required documents. She was impressed by the assistant's efficiency and user-friendly operation.

The AI assistant is powered by the "Moshu Gongchang" large model public service platform developed by Guizhou Big Data Group and built on a locally deployed DeepSeek large model. This provides the public with intelligent, streamlined, full-cycle government service support.

To ensure easy use of the system, Huaxi District Government Service Center has assigned guidance and technical support personnel to the self-service area, with dedicated staff collecting feedback to continuously improve the system.
