Tradition and fun blend at Confucius Academy holiday fest

In celebration of National Day, the Confucius Academy in Huaxi district prepared 11 cultural experience activities, allowing locals and tourists alike to enjoy the charm of traditional culture while indulging in various forms of leisure and entertainment. Over the first three days of the holiday, the Confucius Academy received over 20,000 visitors.

At the recent Confucius Academy Cultural Festival, the bustling Yangming Market offered a wide array of delicious food, drawing a steady stream of visitors eager for a tasty meal. Inside the Yangming Cultural and Creative Store in front of the Shiyi Building, 64 exquisitely crafted cultural and creative products captivated the eyes of visitors.

Meanwhile, several intangible cultural heritage experience stalls in front of the Shiyi Building also attracted many visitors. In the rubbing area, tourists covered paper over the printing plate and used a rubbing bag to strike it, allowing the ink to seep in evenly. The red printing paste produced classic inspirational phrases.

The flower arrangement area was equally lively, with visitors selecting their favorite plants and, with the help of instructors, securing bouquets onto round fans, to create beautiful and fragrant floral fans.

In the tie-dye area, white T-shirts, skirts, and bags served as canvases for visitors looking to unleash their creativity. The stall owner noted that these small items were very popular among tourists.
