As the summer heat continues to sweep through every corner of the country, Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has become extremely popular among tourists seeking a summer retreat, especially Huaxi Park. That's because the district enjoys a cool climate, and the park boasts a great scenic views. Currently, the park receives over 30,000 visitors per day.
As a 4A-level scenic area in Huaxi, Huaxi Park stretches east to Huaxi Bridge, south to Leihua Road, west to Huaxi Pingqiao, and north to Huaxi Xiaozhai, covering an area of over 800 mu (53 hectares). The park features attractions such as Linshan Mountain, Guishan Mountain, the Pine and Cypress Garden, and the Peach Blossom Garden.
It not only boasts beautiful natural scenery and fascinating folk customs but is also historically and culturally significant. Huaxi Park is a popular leisure destination for Guiyang residents and a must-visit spot for tourists wanting to learn about Guiyang's history and experience its natural beauty.
To enhance the visitor experience, the park's management company has upgraded its tourism infrastructure and launched engaging activities such as youth parties and the Huaxi Water Music Festival in an effort to attract more visitors.
Due to the park's large size, the company has also introduced 50 companion robots. In addition to providing smart and convenient transportation, these robots offer various services, including guided tours, attraction explanations, voice interactions and entertainment broadcasts.
