A motorsport event – called the Passion Guizhou Motorsport Series Huaxi Station R1 – recently concluded in the Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The three-day competition attracted nearly 100 top drivers and 11 professional teams from all over the country, who gathered at the Guizhou Junchi Motorsport Complex to battle it out.

In the Junchi Super Touring Car Elite Race, a hard-fought tussle unfolded between Lan Yujing from Guizhou and Chen Ji from Chengdu, capital of Southwest China's Sichuan province. Lan ran off the track at turn 12 due to brake failure, forcing him to withdraw from the race. After that, Chen's solid performance and top driving skills secured him double-round victories.

Among the many outstanding drivers, Ma Jiege from Southwest China's Yunnan province stood out as the youngest driver in the field, demonstrating maturity and stability beyond his age.

In the Junchi Super Motorcycle Rookie Race 300cc category, Ma achieved excellent results by winning double-round championships thanks to his tip-top driving skills and consistent performance.

Fans said the entire race series was filled with tension and excitement. The drivers' superb skills and the cooperation between teams were said to be impressive. The event not only showcased the competitive spirit and teamwork of the drivers, but also provided spectators with a heart-racing experience.
