"The business environment of Huaxi district is definitely outstanding!" said Chen Kabin, chairman of Guizhou Touchworks Optoelectronics Co, as the successful establishment and operation of Huaxi Touchworks Optoelectronics Industrial Base fully showcased the improving business environment of Huaxi district, Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The industrial base, as the third factory funded and built by Touchworks in Guiyang, primarily produces glass cover plates of various sizes, with renowned companies such as Hikvision, TCL, and Skyworth among its customers.
The Huaxi district government established a project construction team to serve the industrial base right from the start. The team addressed needs such as electricity and water supply, office equipment, and relevant entry procedures. This created the "Huaxi Speed" of signing contracts, constructing, and putting the project into production all within the same year, achieving a breakthrough in the district's electronic information manufacturing industry.
Chen said that the local government provided numerous high-quality services at various stages, including project attraction, early negotiations, and subsequent advancement, meeting the project's construction needs and solidifying the company's determination and confidence in investing.
Speaking of the development of his company in Huaxi, Li Jiandong, chairman of Guizhou Western Building Materials Market Development Co, also said that it has been 15 years since the market was established in Huaxi. Throughout this development process, he said he has deeply appreciated the efforts Huaxi has made to attract investment and improve the business environment.
Li said that the company will continue to promote business attraction through business connections and use platforms such as the Quanzhou Chamber of Commerce to attract more merchants from Quanzhou and Fujian to Huaxi.
