Huaxi holds 2023 Guiyang 17th Hundred Village Farmers Basketball Tournament Finals

On Sept 20, the second Guizhou "Beautiful Villages" Basketball League (the semifinals of the Guiyang Division) and the 2023 Guiyang 17th Hundred Villages Farmers Basketball Tournament Finals kicked off in Mengguan township, Huaxi district, Guiyang.

The game officially began at 7:30 pm. The first match was between the Huaxi district and the Kaiyang county teams. The audience's cheers filled the stadium.

Five teams – Kaiyang county, Xiuwen county, Huaxi district, Wudang district, and Qingzhen city – qualified for the finals. The competition will run until Sept 22, determining the first, second, and third-place winners. The victorious team will have the honor of representing Guiyang in the second Guizhou "Beautiful Villages" Basketball League.

The event provided an outlet for basketball enthusiasts to enjoy the sport and further promoted the development of community-wide fitness activities in Huaxi.
