Huaxi attracts investment in East China's Kunshan

Huaxi district and the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held an investment promotion event targeting the Yangtze River Delta region in Kunshan, East China's Jiangsu province, on Feb 23.

The promotion was hosted by the zone's Party work committee and the CPC Huaxi Committee. In attendance were representatives from 50 chambers of commerce and enterprises in the fields of new energy vehicles, intelligent manufacturing, and electronic information manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta region. 

Xu Junsong, Party secretary of Huaxi, delivered a speech at the promotion event. In his speech, Xu introduced in detail the historical origins, economic development, ecological environment, transportation network, location advantages, business environment, investment space, and future prospects of both Huaxi and the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. 

Xu then invited and encouraged entrepreneurs to invest and start businesses in Huaxi and the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. 

At the promotion event, the bureau of investment promotion and the bureau of commerce in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Huaxi Investment Promotion Service Center also introduced their foundation and industrial potential. 

Representatives from Kunshan-based enterprises and business associations made exchange speeches, hoping to use this promotion meeting as an opportunity to visit Huaxi and the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone to further promote cooperation. 

At the subsequent exchange symposium, industrial investment companies from the district and the zone exchanged views with attending entrepreneurs on industrial support, policy support, and talent attraction.
