The administrative services center in Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has boosted its online and offline services to meet the needs of businesses and residents during the new wave of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Locals in want of help can speedily access and request administrative services on the official website of the Guizhou Administrative Services Network where 1,423 items, accounting for 76.63 percent of the total, can be handled.

For complex matters that can't be handled online, the center is offering on-site appointments. After making an appointment, people from low-risk areas can go to the admin center. They must bring with them with their certificates of negative nucleic acid results within 48 hours, green health codes and travel itinerary codes after receiving body temperature measurements and registration.

As of Sept 28, the administrative services center had handled more than 7,000 online queries from businesses and individuals. Nearly 5,000 consultations were provided through the telephone hotline 0851-88325911, while about 200 on-site matters were handled during personal appointments.
