Huaxi resumes partial production amid epidemic

Things recently started getting back to normal in the low-risk areas of Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province. 

On Sept 21, some convenience stores, children's clothing stores, breakfast outlets, fast food stores and drink shops in the district opened for business.

Currently, the district has suspended restaurant dine-ins and instead provides in-store pick-up and delivery services. The number of delivery orders received by stores has gradually increased.

To do an efficient job in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, the district has set up checkpoints at the entrances of commercial areas, and strictly implemented epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurements, health code scanning, the wearing of masks and regular disinfections of public venues.
