Land transfer ceremony for industrial projects held in Huaxi

The ceremony for the handover of the new industrialization project was held in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sept 1.

The land for industrial projects will be handed over to project builders upon the completion of land transfer, with the confirmation of land transfer, the construction land planning permit, the real estate registration certificate, and the construction project planning permit simultaneously delivered.

It's a useful experiment for the construction of new industrialization projects in the city and is 50 days quicker than conventional industrial land transfer approvals. 

At the ceremony, Guiyang Huaxi Xinsheng Industrial Development Co and Guiyang Huaxi Industry Investment Co were given the aforementioned certificates. Their projects are two standard workshops covering 150,000 square meters and involving electronic information manufacturing and ecological specialty food.
