The Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has launched integrated government services and optimized its business environment, so as to improve the levels of satisfaction of both businesses and residents.

A total of 44 administrative approval departments and public service enterprises have now located themselves in the Huaxi District Government Affairs Service Hall, opening 118 service windows and providing 1,579 services. The online service hall now basically offers one-stop and cross-province all-in-one administrative services.

The Huaxi District Government Affairs Service Center has various self-service terminals in the lobby and other convenient facilities for enterprises and residents, having also set up a special service window for businesses.

While launching special service terminals, the service center has also been continuously optimizing its administrative process, shortening handling times and cutting back on the materials required for processing.

The center now integrates on-site and online services, offering multi-department packaged services for real estate registrations and other items that matter to individuals and companies. What's more, it has reduced unnecessary on-site visits for residents and enterprises through online information auditing services and postal deliveries.

As of Dec 17, 2021, the Huaxi District Government Affairs Service Hall had accepted and handled 1.11 million approval services and 1,990 administrative and public service matters, including 1,200 handled online and 790 handled at one time.
