The postal convenience service center for court registration jointly developed by the Mengguan people's court of the Huaxi district people's court of Guiyang and the Mengguan branch of China Post was unveiled on July 29.
Mengguan Miao and Bouyei township is located in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Initiatived by the Guizhou provincial court and provincial postal departments, the center aims to help people jointly expand litigation services. It will take full advantage of its numerous postal outlets to solve the problem of difficulty in filing a case in litigation services.
All parties who need to file a case can complete the case file and submit litigation materials with the assistance of postal staff members through the postal outlets in all towns and townships.
For other legal services, the public can also contact the court's professional staff to answer with the assistance of postal staff members.
The unveiling of the postal convenience service center has solved the problem of filing cases in remote areas and among the elderly.
The Mengguan people's court will take this as an opportunity to provide guidance and training to the postal department on agency litigation services, such as online case filing and uploading of materials, applications for pre-litigation mediation procedures, and centralized delivery.
