Longjing village in Qingyan town, Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, celebrated the Bouyei ethnic group's annual traditional festival of Liuyueliu on July 15.
Liuyueliu falls on the sixth day of the sixth month of the Chinese lunar calendar.

With a history of more than 500 years, Longjing village is inhabited by multiple ethnic groups, and the Bouyei population accounts for 98 percent of the village's total population.
The village is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with a forest coverage rate of 70 percent, making it a well-known tourist attraction.
Bouyei traditional performances such as bamboo pole dances and lanmen wine have attracted not only citizens of Guiyang but tourists from all over the country.
