The event was an important initiative, designed to further expand the sales channels of Guizhou's agricultural products in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area market.
It aims to circulate information from Guangzhou and Huaxi agricultural product markets, establish a two-way supply and marketing platform and promote the integration of agricultural production and sales in the two regions.
During the activity, participating guests watched a Huaxi district promotional video and listened to an overview of agricultural industry development there, gaining an understanding of its major agrarian products.
A total of 16,950 metric tons of high-quality products including vegetables, fruit and tea from the district were signed at the event, with a sales amount of 71.5 million yuan ($10.95 million).
In recent years, Huaxi district has deeply promoted the restructuring of its agricultural industry and developed special products such as vegetables, fruit, tea and poultry. This has seen the emergence of a flourishing range of high-quality agricultural brands.
