With the COVID-19 epidemic fading, Guiyang Ecological Science Museum reopened to the public on June 16, according to the Guiyang bureau of ecology and environment.
Located in Huaxi district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, it is the first science exhibition hall with an ecology theme in Guiyang.

Through different forms of digital multimedia, an electronic sand table, simulation models, interactive devices and three-dimensional display boards, it shows Guiyang's long history, colorful life, ecological make-up, environmental protection and cultural inheritance.
It allows visitors to learn more about the city's environmental protection efforts by revealing the protection and construction status of forests and wetlands, as well as the construction of city parks.

With the help of VR and other technologies, visitors can also see Guiyang from a new perspective, including what it used to look like and the changes that have been made.
Citizens and tourists can make an appointment at the site, through telephone or WeChat. After the appointment is successful, they can enter the science museum with the appointment text message, a valid certificate, while wearing masks, scanning their health code, and submitting to a body temperature measurement that shows no abnormalities.
