Intl hospital to be built in Huaxi

A video agreement signing ceremony for a project to be carried out by German Artemed International Hospital was held in Huaxi district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 2.

On behalf of the government, Yuan Li, deputy head of Huaxi district's government, signed a framework cooperation agreement on the construction of the hospital with Yinbu (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Co. 

The hospital will be built in Dongjiayan village, with a total land area of 16.86 hectares. According to plans, it will have 500 beds and a construction area of 50,000 square meters. It will be divided into three parts - the Artemed International Hospital, a specialist VIP building and an elderly care and rehabilitation center. 

The hospital will be research-oriented and provide locals with high-quality medical services, introduce leading medical teams from home and abroad, increase local academic exchange, promote medical professional training, and improve overall medical diagnosis and treatment capabilities.
